Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community. The successful candidate will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience is a must
