Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site community team to support a positive experience for our residents. The role involves presenting community information to prospective renters, assisting with accounting needs, and processing applications. The successful candidate will have previous sales or customer service experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is required
  • Previous experience in multi-family property management is preferred
  • Previous leasing experience is preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred
  • Maintain a professional appearance following team dress code policy
  • Must be flexible with work schedule. Weekend hours may be assigned
  • Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
