Job Description
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community, including showing and leasing apartments, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience
  • Experience utilizing social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is preferred
