Job Description
We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community. The ideal candidate will be passionate, goal-oriented, and have great communication skills. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience is a must
  • Valid driver’s license required
