Role OverviewJoin NRP's A+ team as a Leasing Specialist, responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking, and providing exceptional customer service. Work under the direction of the Community Manager to promote resident retention and coordinate move-ins.
What You Will Do
Conduct leasing activities, perform market surveys, recommend marketing strategies, and develop referral programs. Provide customer service, inspect apartments, and maintain accurate records.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has 1-year customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year customer service or sales experience
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Yardi Experience preferred
