Job Description
Role Overview

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community. This role includes showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, coordinating marketing initiatives, assisting in resident retention efforts, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

What You Will Do

Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, qualify leads, process rental applications, and execute lease agreements. Design and implement marketing plans, promote the community, and maintain accurate records of prospect and resident interactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Property Management software experience
  • Valid driver's license
