What You Will Do
The Leasing Specialist will greet and interact with prospective residents, provide tours of units and the community, and communicate the value and overall experience of living at the community.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One (1) or more years work experience in leasing, sales, or customer service position
- Certified Leasing Professional (CLP) certification and Fair Housing certifications preferred but not required
