Leave and Disability Specialist responsible for administering employee leave programs, coordination, and communication, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Administers all employee leave programs, including FMLA, Paid Parental Leave, state-mandated leave, and organizational leave policies
  • Leads the interactive process, including medical documentation review, assessment of reasonable accommodations, and coordination with supervisors
  • Manages the full leave lifecycle, ensuring compliance, timely documentation, accurate tracking, and smooth reintegration of employees
