Mercor is seeking a Legal Analyst to develop tasks that mirror personal legal and admin work, paired with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
Requirements
3+ years as a paralegal, legal ops professional, or attorney.
Expertise in residential lease review, consumer insurance policy comparison, employment offer letter review, small claims or consumer disputes, or estate document organization.
Comfortable with personal-legal artifacts: redlines, dispute letters, comparison summaries, checklist packets.
Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
