Role Overview

The Legal Analyst will monitor, review, evaluate and manage ongoing legal tasks and communicate key findings and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders, largely in connection with the enterprise’s real estate litigation docket.

What You Will Do

Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on day-to-day performance of litigation and enforcement related activities; supports management of team workload including engagement on all levels of cases and escalated disputes, including highly complex initiatives and/or matters of greatest impact to the business or team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Paralegal Certification, Bachelor’s Degree, or JD a plus
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of case management, litigation proceedings, investigations and legal documents (e.g., court pleadings, settlement agreements, contracts, discovery requests, and responses)
