Job Description
Paradigm is a specialty care management organization that seeks a Legal Analyst to provide proactive support and exercise independent judgment in managing legal and administrative matters. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of making informed decisions while maintaining a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies.
Minimum of three years of experience as a Legal Analyst, Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate legal environment.
Exposure to legal research tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, or PACER
Experience drafting or reviewing legal documents such as contracts, memos, or pleadings.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Working knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations and state-specific privacy laws highly desirable.
