What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as document production, e-filing, calendar management, preparing hard-copy materials, scheduling conference calls, arranging meetings, and communicating with clients and court officials. Assist with trial preparation, maintain files, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of experience as a legal assistant in a litigation practice group
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Large to midsize law firm experience
- Insurance/PI/professional malpractice defense experience
- Experience with hourly billing and communicating with clients' legal departments and claims adjusters
