Join a successful litigation team as a Legal Assistant, providing support to attorneys with tasks such as document drafting, e-filing, calendar management, and other duties. What You Will Do

Perform tasks such as document production, e-filing, calendar management, preparing hard-copy materials, scheduling conference calls, arranging meetings, and communicating with clients and court officials. Assist with trial preparation, maintain files, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Two or more years of experience as a legal assistant in a litigation practice group
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Large to midsize law firm experience
  • Insurance/PI/professional malpractice defense experience
  • Experience with hourly billing and communicating with clients' legal departments and claims adjusters
