Job Description
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a busy and respected plaintiff’s catastrophic injury law firm in Center City, Philadelphia to find an experienced Legal Assistant. The position will support a shareholder who specializes in personal injury litigation, product liability, and medical malpractice cases.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in litigation
Familiarity with PA and Philadelphia court rules is required; NJ experience is a strong plus
Extensive understanding of service procedures, motions, discovery, and trial documentation
Proficiency in case management systems and legal software
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Highly organized, self-motivated, and a dependable team player
