Role OverviewThe legal assistant will provide administrative assistance to attorneys, contracts managers, and business partners focusing on product development, supply chain, operations, marketing, and other matters. The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include coordinating contract approvals, signatures, contract searches, organization and filings, creating and maintaining internal legal and business facing standard operating procedures and other resources, effectively using and managing software, systems, and tools used by the Legal Department, identifying and/or executing on legal and business-facing process improvements, providing general administrative support, and acting as a primary resource or “go to” for the team.

Requirements
- 1+ years of professional or military experience
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
