Job Description
Litigation Legal Assistant to join a prestigious law firm, supporting complex defense litigation matters, case management, and client service.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys/practice groups and in a law firm setting.
Solid experience specifically assisting attorneys throughout civil defense litigation.
Strong knowledge of Federal and State court procedures, including deadline calculation and filing requirements.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with law firm case management and billing systems required; familiarity with iManage, SmartTime, and Aderant strongly preferred.
