Role OverviewThis is a hybrid position that requires a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail. The role involves working in a growing defense litigation practice group, with a focus on calendaring, docketing, and interfacing with court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and vendors.
What You Will Do
Client billing and sending invoices, making copies, drafting simple legal documents, filing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments and court dates, communicating with clients and other parties, and preparing documents for proceedings.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Previous experience with calendaring, docketing, interfacing with court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and vendors
- Basic knowledge of computer operation, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
- Ability to type and operate office equipment
- Associate degree or Bachelor degree a plus, but not required
