Role OverviewThis is a hybrid position in our growing defense litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail. The role involves managing multiple tasks and deadlines, interacting with clients, court personnel, and internal team members, and drafting basic legal documents.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include client billing, making copies, drafting simple legal documents, filing, scheduling, communicating, and preparing documents for proceedings. The role also involves coordinating with other professionals, such as expert witnesses and court reporters, and assisting with trial preparation.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of civil defense litigation experience
- Previous experience with calendaring, docketing, and interfacing with court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and vendors
- Basic knowledge of computer operation, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
- Ability to type and operate office equipment
- Associate degree or Bachelor degree a plus, but not required
