Job Description
The Legal Clerk will perform administrative tasks to support the Legal and Operations teams with aspects of case flows for all phases in the case handling process. Responsible for updating and organizing case files, drafting documents, completing case submissions within deadlines, and performing clerical tasks related to our client’s case.

Requirements

  • Maintain and organize all client-related documents in the case management system and on-site storage locations
  • Review and manage USCIS and/or immigration court documents
  • Perform clerical tasks related to case handling
  • Update case files and manage deadlines
  • Prepare immigration applications and pay filing fees
  • Initiate further action as necessary on incomplete or inaccurate application forms
  • Work effectively with Legal, Operations, and internal support teams
  • Apply working knowledge of case management systems and tools to resolve routine issues
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance when handling sensitive client and government documentation
  • Review immigration forms and documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare, merge, label, upload, and track legal documentation
