Job Description
The Legal Compliance Associate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance, auditing and reporting, policy development and implementation, training and education, incident management, collaboration and communication, and risk management in a warehouse setting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, safety, or regulatory roles, preferably within a warehousing or logistics industries.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and relevant regulatory compliance requirements (OSHA, EPA, WAIRE, etc.).
Certification in compliance or safety management (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - CCEP, Certified Safety Professional - CSP) is a plus.
