Job Description
Perrigo is seeking a Legal Counsel - Corporate to support their Corporate Legal team in a variety of corporate legal issues, including advising on SEC and securities regulation, financial reporting, governance, mergers and acquisitions, tax, and treasury matters.

Requirements

  • Qualified and licensed attorney
  • Admission to practice law in a US jurisdiction preferred
  • Typically 6-10+ years of legal experience working with US publicly traded companies
  • Proven track record of supporting a public company
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Discretion & Integrity – the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and ethics
  • Project management skills – the ability to manage multiple legal matters and deadlines
