Role OverviewWe are seeking a Legal Counsel to provide strategic contractual and legal guidance and support to our operations and business in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-border legal and business issues, with a focus on international business and operations in the Americas.

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and analyzing commercial agreements, providing strategic guidance and support to our operations and business, and staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting our operations.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing with any US or Canadian jurisdiction or higher education in Business Law
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior legal role with a focus on international business and operations in the Americas
- In-depth knowledge of contractual and corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance in the Americas region
- Excellent command of spoken and written commercial and legal English and Spanish
