Role OverviewChowbus is a leading Asian restaurant technology SaaS platform. The Legal Counsel role is the first point of contact for legal at Chowbus, owning the commercial contract pipeline and serving as the in-house point of contact on merchant and commercial disputes.
What You Will Do
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, serve as in-house point of contact on merchant and commercial disputes, interpret and enforce contract terms, and support compliance posture across payments, data privacy, and multi-jurisdiction contracting.

Requirements
- JD and active bar membership in good standing
- ~2–4 years of commercial contracts experience at a law firm or in-house
- Bilingual — Mandarin and English preferred
- Experience in technology / SaaS, payments, or marketplace businesses preferred
- Exposure to commercial disputes, franchise/distribution matters, or litigation support a plus
