Role OverviewThe Legal Counsel will support the go-to-customer organization as a commercial legal counsel, delivering proactive, practical, and business-focused legal advice across the entire customer lifecycle.
What You Will Do
The Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, and order forms.

Requirements
- Admission to and good standing with the Massachusetts bar (or eligibility for an in-house counsel waiver)
- 2+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Experience supporting go-to-market teams on software licensing, SaaS agreements, NDAs, services agreements, SOWs, and order forms
- Interest or experience in public sector procurement and familiarity with FedRAMP-related requirements
- Ability to communicate complex legal requirements in a clear, concise manner
- Efficient decision-making to resolve commercial challenges and enable business momentum
- Ability to maintain accountability and drive outcomes across customer and vendor engagements

- Annual salary range of $111,400.00 - 160,000.00 USD
