Job Description
eClinicalWorks is a privately held leader in healthcare IT, providing comprehensive, cloud-based EHR/PRM solutions to medical professionals worldwide. We are seeking a Legal Counsel to assist with day-to-day legal matters and work closely with the Associate General Counsel.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from accredited university
  • 4+ years of direct experience with commercial contracts and business law background
  • Member in good standing with the Missouri Bar, Massachusetts Bar or other state
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing legal solutions
  • Mix of law firm and in-house experience
  • Health law experience
