Role OverviewAs a Legal Implementation Specialist, you will take customers through to confident, independent use of the Luminance platform. This is a high-throughput role where you will run several implementations concurrently, working alongside Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to understand each customer’s objectives, configure the platform for defined use cases, deliver training and guide customers towards effective, scalable ways of working.
What You Will Do
Develop deep working knowledge of the Luminance platform, lead customer discovery sessions, translate requirements into clear configurations, manage concurrent implementations, deliver training sessions, and guide customers towards recommended best practice.

Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing legal tech or B2B SaaS role
