Assist with reviewing commercial agreements, drafting company policies and procedures, conducting legal and regulatory research involving artificial intelligence, privacy, data governance, and related topics.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
  • Have completed at least one year of law school prior to the start of employment (2L or 3L status)
  • Possess strong written communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Be comfortable learning and using technology platforms independently
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Be able to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills
