Requirements
Provide support to the OrthoPediatrics' General Counsel and Associate General Counsel on a wide range of U.S. and international legal issues.
Assist in the daily drafting, reviewing, and amending of core business transaction documents.
Lead legal research projects in areas of products liability, healthcare compliance, data privacy, and employment law.
Support mergers and acquisitions due diligence process and integration initiatives as needed.
