Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to work on AI training and benchmarking, with experience in legal operations and legal technology. The role is fully remote and offers $55-$75/hour. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology, with a background in process improvement and legal-spend management.
Requirements
3+ years of full-time experience in legal operations or legal technology at an AmLaw 100 firm, Fortune 500 in-house legal department, or major legal-tech vendor.
Background in legal operations, process improvement, and legal-spend management.
Experience in e-discovery and review workflows.
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and matter management.
Day-to-day use of Relativity, Icertis, HotDocs / Contract Express, and Clio / MyCase.
Involvement in CLOC / ACC Legal Ops.
Strong analytical thinking and writing skills.
