Role OverviewThe Medical/Public Health-Legal Partnership Program Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for an integrated legal partnership embedded within the Bureau of Health Promotion for Justice-Impacted Populations. This role is responsible for developing and sustaining partnerships with legal service providers, aligning legal services with public health priorities, and ensuring high-quality, effective program implementation.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage all aspects of the medical/public health-legal partnership, including strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation. Develop and deliver training for program staff on legal issues, partnership workflows, and the intersection of law and public health.

Requirements
- Master's degree (e.g., MPH, MPA, or MSW) in related field.
- 6 years of experience in program management, public health, healthcare, legal services, or a related field.
- 2 years of demonstrated experience building and managing cross-sector partnerships, particularly with legal or community-based organizations.
- Licensed attorney and/or JD strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing complex programs, including operations, staff supervision, and performance management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, program evaluation, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience working with diverse, criminal legal system-impacted and underserved populations with complex health, mental health and resource needs, with a commitment to health equity and social justice.
