Job Description
Direct Counsel is partnering with a well-regarded California law firm to recruit a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to support its Trial and Litigation Group in the firm’s San Diego office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of legal secretary or legal assistant experience
  • California state and federal litigation experience required
  • Appellate experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
