Job Description
The Legal Privacy Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for incoming privacy and data protection requests submitted to various client mailboxes, triaging user requests, providing self-service guidance, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirements

  • Triage and respond to privacy requests using client's macro system to address data access requests, opt-out requests, email unsubscribes, privacy policy questions, and general data protection inquiries
  • Guide users through self-service solutions for account deletion, data downloads, email changes, 2FA issues, and privacy settings adjustments
  • Process account deletion confirmations - the primary action involving confirming user identity/intent and routing tickets to the daily bulk account deletion queue for processing
  • Identify and flag regulator requests for immediate escalation to the DPO team
  • Redirect specialized requests to appropriate teams including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Copyright, and Legal as needed
  • Apply appropriate closure protocols for spam, resolved issues, or situations requiring no further action
  • Maintain appropriate security, confidentiality, and discretion
