Job Description
Eleven Recruiting seeks an experienced Recruiter to join a Legal client in Los Angeles, managing full-cycle recruitment for high-level staff positions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strongly preferred within a legal environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level requisitions simultaneously
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the firm
High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Global talent acquisition experience preferred
