Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or human resources experience
Prior recruiting experience in a legal, professional, or academic setting
Knowledge of talent management tools such as LawCruit, FloRecruit, or ViDesktop
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
