Job Description
This is a promotional recruitment for a permanent and/or probationary County employee to serve as a Legal Secretary - Senior in Placer County. The position involves providing responsible, administrative, and secretarial assistance to a legal unit, conducting specific and moderately complex analyses of legal documents, and providing technical and functional supervision over assigned staff.
Requirements
Four years of highly responsible legal secretarial experience
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth-grade
Ability to work under time pressure and complete a high volume of tasks with frequent interruptions
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
