Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to provide confidential secretarial and administrative support services to attorneys within the Legal Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic legal terms and definitions, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree in business/public administration, law, or closely related field
  • One year of experience performing a variety of complex clerical and typing work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with the ability to create and edit documents, manage emails, and prepare reports
