Role OverviewThe Legal Secretary will perform duties related to legal secretary responsibilities, general clerical work, and receptionist duties under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor or State's Attorney. The role involves working closely with Law Enforcement and other county agencies.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include performing receptionist duties, providing general clerical assistance, and performing legal secretary work assisting members of the Burleigh County legal staff.

Requirements

- Proficiency in word processing software such as WordPerfect and/or MS Word
- Excellent typing skills
- Knowledge of appropriate legal terminology, legal forms, and legal files preferred
- Ability to handle multiple duties and priorities under limited supervision
