Role OverviewThe Legal Systems Program Manager will serve as the architect and operator of the legal systems that support the core business operations of the Assigned Counsel Plan. This role will help design, maintain, and continuously improve the plan's Salesforce-based Case Management System and related legal operations tools.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include serving as the business-side product owner for the Salesforce-based Case Management System, partnering with the Salesforce-certified CMS Administrator to design and implement system enhancements, analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for system improvements, and developing and maintaining system workflows and dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 4 years of experience with administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory, or liaison responsibilities
