Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time experience in legal operations or legal technology
- Background in legal operations, process improvement, and legal-spend management
- Experience with e-discovery and review workflows
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and matter management
- Familiarity with legal intake, knowledge management, and enterprise-wide legal program design
- Day-to-day use of Relativity, Icertis, HotDocs / Contract Express, and Clio / MyCase
- Strong analytical thinking and writing skills
