Job Description
Mercor is hiring a Legal Technology Expert to build a realistic digital workspace and design multi-step tasks for frontier AI agents. The role requires experience in legal operations, process improvement, and e-discovery workflows. Compensation is $55-$75/hour.
Requirements
3+ years of full-time experience in legal operations or legal technology at an AmLaw 100 firm, Fortune 500 in-house legal department, or major legal-tech vendor.
Background in legal operations, process improvement, and legal-spend management.
Experience in e-discovery and review workflows.
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and matter management.
Day-to-day use of Relativity, Icertis, HotDocs / Contract Express, and Clio / MyCase.
