Role OverviewThe San Francisco City Attorney’s Office is looking for an experienced, qualified, and motivated professional to join its Information Technology (IT) Team as a Legal Technology Support Administrator I. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the technology stack commonly used in a legal office environment and be able to support it in a fast-paced and high-demand setting.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will provide 24-hour on-call support to ensure rapid response and recovery in the event of software or hardware issues affecting mission-critical systems and networks. They will also implement management’s technology initiatives by deploying new tools, enhancements, and solutions.

Requirements
- Requires an Associate's Degree in computer science or a closely related field from an accredited college or university OR its equivalent in terms of total course credits/units
- Experience performing analysis, installation and technical support in a network environment may be substituted for the required degree on a year-for-year basis (up to a maximum of two (2) years)
- Completion of a one (1) year State (DAS) Information Technology apprenticeship program equivalent to the City and County of San Francisco’s 1090 IT Operations Support Training Program may substitute for the required education
