Job Description
The Lemmon Valley Clubhouse Coordinator oversees daily site operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with Club standards and youth development outcomes. This role provides leadership to staff and volunteers, maintains a safe and well-managed environment, serves as a primary contact for families, and represents the Club within the community while ensuring compliance, resource management, and program quality.

Requirements

  • Actively recruit and register new members and families, and promote consistent member participation in Club programs.
  • Represent the Club by communicating the mission, program objectives, and scope of opportunities available for families and members.
  • Ensure that all areas of the clubhouse are well maintained, in excellent working condition, and are safe and secure at all times.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in accordance with meeting and exceeding core program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with parents, local civic groups, school district partners, and social agencies within the community.
  • Manage financial resources, including grant reporting and adherence to departmental budgets.
  • Demonstrate and uphold BGCTM core values: generosity, respectfulness, encouragement, accountability, and trustworthiness.
