Job Description
Dahl Automotive is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will provide first-line IT help desk support, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, and install and maintain hardware equipment.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, common business applications, hardware troubleshooting, and remote support tools
  • Previous IT experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, approachable, and team-oriented personality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor in all internal and vendor communications
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage daily responsibilities without direct supervision
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
