Role OverviewAs a Level 1 Mechanic, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems while working in a professional, team-oriented environment with stable hours, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.
What You Will Do
You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical systems, including brake systems, steering and suspension, charging and electrical systems, and tune-ups and preventative maintenance.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Automotive technical training preferred.
- 2–4 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing: brake systems, steering and suspension, charging systems, basic engine performance concerns, tune-ups and preventative maintenance.
- ASE Certifications A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) are preferred, or willingness to earn certifications with company support.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning as automotive technology evolves.
