Role OverviewAs a Level 1 Mechanic, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road by performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle systems. You'll work in a professional, team-oriented environment with stable hours, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing brake systems, steering and suspension components, charging systems, and performing tune-ups and preventative maintenance. You'll also perform vehicle inspections, accurately identify repair needs, and maintain repair documentation and service records.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Automotive technical training preferred.
- 2–4 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing: Brake systems, Steering and suspension, Charging systems, Basic engine performance concerns, Tune-ups and preventative maintenance.
- ASE Certifications A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) are preferred, or willingness to earn certifications with company support.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning as automotive technology evolves.
