Role OverviewMISTRAS is hiring Level II RT and Level II MT, PT, UTT Technicians to work on projects and turnarounds as needed. The role involves setting up and calibrating equipment, conducting tests, interpreting results, and working with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests with appropriate NDT techniques, interpret and document results, and work with minimal supervision.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be familiar with NDT codes, standards, and contractual documents, and will be able to direct the work of trainees and Level I technicians.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Graduate of a specialized NDT technical program meeting SNT-TC1A for MT/PT/UTT
- Prior certification as an NDE Level II with one (1) year experience or prior certification as an NDE Level I technician with adequate field experience hours to certify to Level II per SNT-TC1A
