Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and/or financial institutions in sophisticated leveraged finance and debt financing transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex transactions involving acquisition financings, recapitalizations, secured and unsecured lending, and other leveraged transactions.
What You Will Do
Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and financial institutions in leveraged finance and debt financing transactions. Assist clients in structuring and executing complex financing transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements, bond indentures, and other documents.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant leveraged finance or related transactional experience
- Experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and/or financial institutions preferred
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission in good standing to the New York Bar required

- Anticipated salary range: $235,000–$390,000 annually
