Role OverviewWe are seeking an associate attorney with 5+ years' experience in Workers’ Compensation and General and Automobile Liability defense to join our team in McLean, VA. The position involves representing employers, restaurants, and other retail establishments in the defense of workers’ compensation and liability claims in state and federal courts, and administrative tribunals.
What You Will Do
The position requires the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of cases, including research, drafting pleadings, and working closely with other attorneys and support staff.

Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
