Job Description
Landstar is seeking a Liability Claims Specialist to investigate and resolve complex third-party bodily injury and property damage claims within the transportation industry. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of claims, including detailed investigations, liability evaluations, litigation support, and settlement negotiations.

Requirements

  • Two-year college degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of high exposure liability claims experience
  • Florida adjuster license required with ability to qualify for multi-state licensing
  • Three years’ transportation experience
  • CPCU or Certificate in Risk Management
