Job Description
The Claim Examiner Trainee position is an entry-level role in liability claims within Property and Casualty Insurance, handling incoming claims with guidance and developing necessary skills for more complex claims handling.
Requirements
Develop investigation and analytical skills to evaluate and settle claims
Review standard operating procedures and training manuals for correct work flow steps and document requirements
Develop proficiency in reviewing medical records and analyzing various contracts
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required
Pass The Institutes Associate in Claims (AIC) 300 course/examination within 120 days of hire
