Role OverviewThe Library Associate 3 role is the senior role in the Library Associate job family, responsible for programming and customer service at the circulation desk. The position may supervise junior Library Associates and plan library programs. The role requires excellent customer service skills, proficiency with library systems, and the ability to work a regular schedule.
What You Will Do
Provides customer service, supervises junior Library Associates, plans and facilitates library programs, processes library materials, maintains circulation records, and supports the reference desk.

Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years library experience preferred
- One-year supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency with library systems and databases
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual speaking is a plus
- A high degree of proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is desired
